Citizenship

Sponsor Letter

Your sponsor must also attach proof of his immigration status to the letter 3) An address where you and the sponsor will live.
Bond Hearing

In order to get a bond hearing, you have to submit a bond hearing request letter. What needs to be in that letter? include your name, A-number, and a direct request to the judge to have a bond hearing as soon as possible.
Order of Removal
First two steps and the documents to collect: 1) A Notice to Appear (NTA) is filed, it includes the charges and allegations against the detained individual, as well as the date, time, and location of the initial hearing.
2) Form I-246 - This application is for a stay of deportation or removal.
